PEST CONTROL

We have available two different Pest Control Options for your property.

Program Options

	Option #1 Perimeter Pest Control
	If you are plagued by ANTS, or want to keep the BUGS from entering your home, we will apply a 8' to 10' band of insecticide around your house foundation. We also spray up the side of the house. NON-STAINING. Program consists of 4 treatments annually @ $55.00 per treatment, starting Mid to Late May. Offers excellent control for 30 days. KEEPS SPIDERS away! Cal and schedule full program and receive 10% OFF 1st treatment.
	Option #2 Turf Flea and Tick Control
	If you want to keep fleas and ticks out of your yard for your Pets and Kids, this treatment costs the same as your regular lawn treatments. Good for 30 days control. Helps to control Mosquitoes TOO! You can schedule for monthly treatments or schedule as needed.

PRE-EMERGENT FOR BEDS

We have a Quality Pre-Emergent for your flower beds and landscaped areas. A one- time charge covers you for the year! Once the treatment is applied, weeds in your beds become our responsibility! That means each time we do one of your regular lawn treatments, we will also spot treat all the weeds in your beds and landscape areas, at No EXTRA Charge. Timing is critical. This treatment must be done before June 1st.

FUNGICIDE-DISEASE and FUNGUS CONTROL

Heavy Spring rains bring high humidity and summer heat. These weather changes start the Fungus Season. Beginning in Mid to Late May, diseases such as Leaf Spot, Pithium and Brown Patch can "Flare Up" many times over the course of the summer. These diseases can be prevented and controlled.

	Option #1 Best Control
	Three treatments on 30 day intervals. Cost is double your regular lawn treatment price. FREE Service Calls are included if "Flare Ups" occur.
	Option #2 Good Control
	Two treatments on a 45 day interval. Cost is double your regular lawn treatment price. NO FREE Service Calls. Will reduce disease activity but some outbreaks may occur during periods of intense heat and high humidity.

FALL RENOVATIONS

Lawns typically thin down during July-Aug from HEAT, DROUGHT,DISEASE, INSECTS,PETS and KIDS. Labor Day (Sept 1st) is the time to make sure your yard is the BEST it can be by Spring!

	Option #1 Complete Lawn Renovation
	This option gives you the best possible results. Your lawn is CORE-AERATED, OVERSEEDED, and then VERTI-CUT. Cost is $65.00/1000sqft.
	Option #2 Core Aeration and Overseeded
	This is viable if your lawn is generally in good health and you want to see thickening of the turf where thin. Cost is $40.00/1000sqft.
	Option #3 Core Aeration
	It is extremely beneficial to AERATE your lawn EVERY FALL. This process breaks thru and reduces thatch. It allows for DEEPER ROOTS causing thicker turf. If you have suffered any browning or thinning from summer stress, CORE-AERATION will speed your turfs recovery. Cost $18.00/1000sqft. CALL EARLY FOR BEST SPOT ON OUR SCHEDULE. Schedule fills quickly. Seeding should be done by MID-OCT for best results.

LIME

Sweetens the soil and helps to break down heavy clay. Makes Fertilizer lasts longer and work better. Great for flower beds, landscape areas and gardens too!
