Your lawn's needs differ by time of year and geography. Our lawn care program is specially designed so you can enjoy a beautiful lawn throughout the year.

Your lawn will receive customized care.

Our specialists live and work in your area and know all about the lawn care that's best for you. We know the grass types, weeds, and weather conditions that affect lawns in the Kansas City area. We provide customized care, including recommendations based upon your specific needs.

After each treatment we leave a written receipt with details of the specific treatment we applied at your residence. We also post a small notification sign as a notice that chemicals may have been applied.

Treatment Schedule

Treatment	Application Date	Notes
1. Early Spring	March/April	This is your lawn's 'wake-up' call. This is a high quality granular fertilizer to help bring the lawn out of winter dormancy.
2. Late Spring	April/May	Time for crabgrass preventer and dandelion killer. Our only liquid application also contains fertilizer to keep the lawn green and healthy.
3. Early Summer	May/June	This granular fertilizer treatment is the lawn's last chance for food before summer. A slow release product, this treatment will help get the lawn through the toughest part of the year.
3A. Grub Control	May/June	This guarantees season long control of grub worms - as well as some other surface feeding insects. This treatment can only be offered at treatment cost if applied with treatment 3.
4. Summer	July/August	This visit kills Nutgrass, Broadleaf Weeds, and any late season Crabgrass. A Grub Inspection is also performed to make sure your Grub Treatment (3A) is working properly.
5. Early Fall	September/October	Summer's over and the lawn needs to be fed. Our heaviest fertilizer treatment will help the lawn 'bounce back' from a tough summer.
6. Winterizer	November/December	Time to put the lawn to bed for winter. This quick release granular fertilizer will be taken in quickly by the lawn and stored for a healthy winter. It will also provide for super quick green-up next spring.
